Located at the very end of quiet Kuawa Road in Kīlauea, Kauaʻi, The Tī House is your hideaway away from the hum of passing cars. The only sounds outside are the songs of local birds, rustlings around the pond and the daily operations of our farm at Common Ground Kauaʻi.
We are located at 4900 Kuawa Road in Kilauea, in the Common Ground Kauai campus. Please go slow for our neighbors on Kuawa Road and follow signs for parking through our gates.
Tea and Coffee
In the mornings and throughout the afternoon, join us for fresh tea and coffee service. Choose from your cafe favorites, or try something new.

Locally Sourced Ingredients
We strive to serve as many local-first, hand-crafted ingredients as we can. We serve Hanalei Coffee Roasters for our coffee and espresso drinks. We also feature a variety of seasonal teas grown on the farm at Common Ground Kauaʻi or from local growers and farmers.
Cocktails, Beer and Wine
We also serve freshly crafted cocktail featuring all locally distilled spirits. We’re currently featuring liquor by Hanalei Spirits Distillery.
In addition to your favorite drinks, try one of our seasonal cocktail specials. Our seasonal selection is always changing and features ingredients harvested fresh on the Common Ground Kauaʻi farm.
We also feature Hawaii-brewed beers and a choice wine selection.

There’s no hurry or stress when you’re with us at The Tī House. Hang out in our comfortable indoor cafe area – or explore the Common Ground grounds and enjoy your drink outside.
Explore Stone Dam
From our location, you are conveniently located right at our trailhead to the Wai Koa Loop Trail to Stone Dam. It’s a relaxing, short walk (about 15 minutes) to Stone Dam.
