Craft Cocktail & Dinner Experience

Join us for an intimate craft cocktail experience led by our very own local mixologist, celebrating Hawaii-made spirits and the hands that craft them.

We’ll be pouring from island distilleries including local favorites Hanalei Spirits and Kō Hana Rum—along with other standout producers—each founded in Hawaii with incredible tastes and stories behind them.

Distilling in the islands matters. It keeps value local, supports regenerative agriculture, weaves in some integral crops like kō (sugarcane) and the influences that this type of crop has made on Hawaii, and transforms Hawaiʻi-grown ingredients into spirits that allow us to taste the history. By choosing island-made, we reduce imports, invest in community, and preserve flavors you can’t find anywhere else.

After your cocktail experience, you’ll enjoy our signature four-course farm-to-table dinner.

You will have a fresh, unique meal every time you visit Common Ground, so an exact menu isn’t available ahead of time.

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions or diets when they are provided ahead of time at booking. However, due to the prix fixe format of this experience, we cannot not accommodate last minute requests.

$155 Per Person for Cocktails & Four-Course Dinner

To make the experience accessible and have a greater impact on the people who are a part of our community, we provide a discount to people residing on the Hawaiian Islands. Hawaii State Residents use code – kamaaina. Must present Hawaii Drivers Licenses at check in. This experience is only for guests Age 21+ and over.

The Details

This workshop is a one hour craft cocktail experience with foraged items and locally made cocktails.

Your experience includes multiple craft cocktails followed by a four-course dinner experience. 

Check-in time is 5:45 PM, please be prompt as we will begin instructions all together. Please let us know if you have any physical accommodations necessary. This workshop will be in an open air environment.
