This guest favorite experience is a two-part journey that will immerse you in a guided tour of our regenerative food forest – followed by our four-course farm-to-table dinner with fresh ingredients from our farm and local Hawaii growers.

Lei Workshop & Dinner Experience
Enjoy an immersive evening starting with a fully Hawaii-sourced farm-to-table dinner followed with an in-depth lei making workshop.
Explore the rich history and cultural significance of lei. You’ll learn about different methods and techniques with a hands-on lei project of your own.

Farm, Field & Forest Experience
Roll up your sleeves for a deeper dive into the agricultural practices of an active, regerative food forest on Kauai. You’ll learn practices from our farm team, sample freshly-picked fruits and take part in hands-on experiences (planting, seeding, harvesting). This is the experience for those who have a passion and curiosity for agriculture and food systems.

Mornings in the Lei Garden
Spend a peaceful morning in our lei garden creating your own lei po‘o with our experienced guides. This is not your typical simple, quick lei-making workshop. This is a deeper dive into the plants of Lei making. You’ll learn about beautiful, freshly-harvested native and introduced materials from our lei garden to create your own work to take with you.
