This guest favorite experience is a two-part journey that will immerse you in a guided tour of our regenerative food forest – followed by our four-course farm-to-table dinner with fresh ingredients from our farm and local Hawaii growers.

Lei Workshop & Dinner Experience
Enjoy an immersive evening starting with a fully Hawaii-sourced farm-to-table dinner followed with an in-depth lei making workshop.
Explore the rich history and cultural significance of lei. You’ll learn about different methods and techniques with a hands-on lei project of your own.

Craft Cocktail & Dinner Experience
Join us for an intimate craft cocktail experience led by our very own mixologist. Celebrate local Hawaii-made spirits and the hands that craft them.

Savor a fresh, farm-to-table meal that tells the story of the Hawaiian food system. Our menu changes with the seasons. All of our meals are fully sourced from local ingredients from our farm and neighboring Hawaii growers.

Farm, Field & Forest Experience
Roll up your sleeves for a deeper dive into the agricultural practices of an active, regerative food forest on Kauai. You’ll learn practices from our farm team, sample freshly-picked fruits and take part in hands-on experiences (planting, seeding, harvesting). This is the experience for those who have a passion and curiosity for agriculture and food systems.

Mornings in the Lei Garden
Spend a peaceful morning in our lei garden creating your own lei po‘o with our experienced guides. This is not your typical simple, quick lei-making workshop. This is a deeper dive into the plants of Lei making. You’ll learn about beautiful, freshly-harvested native and introduced materials from our lei garden to create your own work to take with you.
