Common Ground Lounge nights are a limited time offering, select Thursdays and Fridays through the remainder of 2022, the pop-up concept includes a multi-course menu featuring exclusively Hawaii grown ingredients. Created by chef Adam Watten (formally of Hanai Market and Red Salt) Common Ground Lounge Nights are a culinary experience celebrating the very best of Hawaii ingredients. Adding to the uniqueness of the experience, Chef Watten is joined each week by a rotation of top chefs from across the islands and beyond.
Time: Dining is from 6-9pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive at 6:00pm, grab a table (seating is first come, first serve except for large groups) and enjoy a glass of wine, beer or farm crafted cocktail. Dinner is typically served between 6:30 and 7:00pm.
Menu: Chef Watten sources ingredients throughout the week visiting Kauai’s farms, ranches, fish markets and farmers markets, as well as incorporating what is growing in our regenerative agroforest. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is casual with mostly covered outdoor seating. For larger parties please call ahead (808-828-6368) or email email@example.com to reserve a table.
Parking: When arriving please park in front of the buildings on the grass. Please leave the parking on the pavement for those who have disabilities.
Drinks: We have a curated bar offering wine, beer, and a selection of Hanalei Spirits liquor. We charge a $25 per bottle corkage fee with a two bottle maximum. For magnums, there is a $50 corkage fee with a maximum of one bottle.
Entertainment: Lounge Nights features live music or a DJ, entertainment varies week to week.
