The gut-friendly benefits of raw vinegar and the fat-digesting enzyme bromelain, found only in pineapples, combine forces in Vintage Vinegars’ Raw Pineapple Vinegar. This tropical fruit vinegar can be used for at-home pickling (pickled sweet onions are a favorite) or as a dressing, sauce or marinade. Bromelain has the added benefit of being an excellent meat tenderizer. This vinegar is steel cast and made in small batches on Oʻahu. Vintage Vinegars utilizes the excess from a commercial pineapple operation and continues to seek out new ways to make use of what would have been discarded.
