The Sanchez family has a legacy of ranching on Kauaʻi. Uncle Willy’s Jerky was founded by William Jr., son of legendary paniolo, or Hawaiian cowboy, “Uncle Willy.” The Sanchez family is committed to raising beef in a way that is sustainable for both the land and the animal. Their cattle is not only grass-fed, it’s grass-fed on the most nutritious grass on Kauaʻi, in the fertile Wailua Valley.
