Uncle Mikey's Coconut Candy - Cacao

Uncle Mikey's only product with an ingredient other than fruit, this delicious gourmet snack is made by caramelizing little bites of fresh coconut meat. Whole coconuts are hand husked, shucked, chopped, caramelized with brown sugar, and then dehydrated. It ends up being about a 3 day process but if you’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting this treat - you know it’s worth every minute it takes us to create!
