'Ulu Mana | 'Ulu Chips

ʻUlu, or breadfruit, is one of the highest yielding food trees on the planet. One tree can live for decades and produce 100-200 fruits each year (that’s hundreds of thousands of pounds annually!). ʻUlu Mana is drawing ʻulu towards the spotlight as a highly sustainable food source with locally sourced, minimally processed, simple and delicious ʻulu chips and other ʻulu products.

Loren Shoop, founder of ʻUlu Mana, knows the great potential of ʻulu. He has made it his personal mission to expand the utilization of ʻulu around the world, and to do so deliciously. ʻUlu Mana sources all of their fruit from small Hawaiʻi farmers, contributing to the heath of Hawaiʻi’s local farms, community and economy.
