Chef and Certified Master Preserver Gida Snyder is the founder of Slow Island Food and Beverage Co. Along with her almost entirely female team, she is driven by quality and inspired by the diversity of ingredients that grow abundantly in Hawaiʻi. Using fresh, local products and real fruit, Slow Island concocts interesting and versatile elixirs and culinary syrups.
