McPhee's Bees | Anahola Raw Honey

The bees of sunny Anahola in north-east Kauaʻi produce a naturally light, yet complex honey. They are free to forage on the flora of Kalalea Mountain—eucalyptus, coco palm, noni and neem—refining the flavor of the yield. McPhee’s Bees produces their honey sustainably and leaves it unpasteurized and unprocessed. A sweet addition to tea, toast, oatmeal, smoothies or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.

Manda McPhee first peered into a beehive in 2003, piquing an interest that would lead to a life of beekeeping and the sweet business of McPhee’s Bees. With 60 bee colonies and apiary sites in Anahola, Moloaʻa and Kīlauea, McPhee’s Bees honey has a unique palate with an emphasis on Kauaʻi’s tropical and wild flora.
